Job summary

Utilities One Group is seeking a Deployment & Safety Manager in Kent, WA to lead the Wireless Services safety program and ensure safe, compliant project execution. You will collaborate with Operations, Project Managers, and customers to embed a safety-first culture across field teams.

The role requires strong OSHA knowledge, incident investigation experience, and the ability to travel to project sites. A comprehensive safety background and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in safety leadership within wireless telecom or utility construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Experience supporting wireless field operations and construction.
• Proven incident investigation and root-cause analysis skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wireless Services safety program and promote a safety-first culture.
• Perform field safety audits, inspections, and coaching on safe practices.
• Maintain OSHA logs, training records, and certifications.
• Investigate incidents, develop corrective actions, and track improvements.
• Support project planning, risk assessments, and customer safety audits.
• Represent Utilities One in safety meetings and field visits.
• Foster continuous improvement in safety and field operations.
• Oversee training development and certification compliance.
