Job summary

Utilities One in the United States is seeking a Deployment & Safety Manager for Wireless Services to lead safety programs and support safe project execution across field operations. You will build a culture of safety, conduct field safety audits, review JHAs and lift plans, and collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and Operations to ensure OSHA compliance and operational excellence.

The role requires five years of safety leadership, strong communication, travel ability, and a valid

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of safety leadership experience in wireless telecommunications, utility construction, or related infrastructure industries.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership across Wireless Services operations.
• Conduct field safety audits and inspections.
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), rescue plans, lift plans, and other required project documentation.
• Represent Utilities One during customer safety meetings, audits, and field visits.
• Coordinate and maintain required safety certifications and training records for all field personnel.
• Lead investigations involving incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
