Arch Telecom is hiring Retail Associate Managers (RAM) in Gettysburg, PA. As part of a retail team, RAMs bring the Arch Telecom brand to life, focus on customer needs, and help run store operations.

This is a learning role where you will build skills in product demonstrations, upselling, and coordinating with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily activities. You will engage customers, expand service solutions, and contribute to a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Prior wireless sales experience is preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and full-time availability (40 hours).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and guide them through the purchasing journey in-store.
• Demonstrate latest technology and uncover customer needs.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions.
• Support Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Demonstrate store-digital tools and LTE coverage to customers.
• Collaborate with teams to own the customer experience and generate leads.
