Job summary

Exclusive Wireless in the United States is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach a sales team on the floor, analyze performance, communicate with leadership, and manage shift coverage, including evenings, weekends and holidays. The role requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to create a sales environment with exceptional customer service.
• Inspire and coach the sales floor team and analyze performance.
• Identify and address areas for improvement to achieve sales goals.
• Communicate with leadership staff and follow directions.
