Job summary

BeMobile, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to develop people, drive results, and create exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead the sales floor, coach team members, and support store operations to ensure a seamless BeMobile experience for every guest. You will participate in outreach efforts to increase traffic and referrals, manage cash and inventory, and assist with HR tasks while aligning with district initiatives.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in wireless or technology.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with schedule provided four weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor while coaching your team to deliver BeMobile’s sales process.
• Develop and mentor team members to build confidence and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactively engage customers through outreach to drive traffic, loyalty, and referrals.
• Resolve escalations and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable, 5‑star experience.
• Manage cash and inventory with precision, including transactions and promotions.
• Support Store Leader and district initiatives, handling HR tasks and operations.
