You will drive sales performance, provide coaching, and help manage daily operations while partnering with the leadership team to maximize store results and earning potential.

Qualifications

• Retail wireless sales experience preferred with major carriers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
