BeMobile, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to develop people, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail environment.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach your team, manage cash and inventory, and support store and district initiatives to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience. You’ll be involved in driving sales performance, coaching real-time conversations, and building trust with customers while fostering growth within

• 18 years of age or older.

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, guiding customers and coaching your team to deliver the BeMobile Sales Process.
• Coach and develop the team in real-time, asking questions and guiding conversations for growth.
• Proactively connect with customers through outreach tools and campaigns to drive traffic and referrals.
• Elevate the customer experience by resolving escalations and tracking feedback for a 5-star impression.
• Manage cash and inventory with precision, handling transactions and inventory controls.
• Support Store Leader and district initiatives to keep operations running smoothly.
• Act as a bridge between sales partners and leadership to empower the team to grow and achieve goals.

Hourly Base Pay: $14.00

Total Compensation: Assistant Store Leader who consistently meet or exceed sales goals typically earn $30–$35+/hour in total compensation (base pay + commission), with many earning $60,000+ in their first year.

What we’re looking for:

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your schedule will be provided at least four weeks in advance to help you plan ahead.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred.

• Proven ability to drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed goals.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging conversations, build trust, and influence positive outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, helping customers discover the right wireless solutions while coaching your team to deliver an exceptional BeMobile Sales Process every time.
• You’ll coach and develop your team in real-time, asking powerful questions and guiding conversations that build confidence, problem-solving skills, and lasting growth.
• You’ll proactively connect with customers through outreach tools and campaigns—driving traffic, building loyalty, and sparking referrals.
• You’ll elevate the customer experience, resolving escalations, tracking feedback, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable, 5-star impression.
• You’ll manage cash and inventory with precision, from transactions and promotions to device security and inventory controls.
• You’ll keep operations running smoothly, handling HR tasks, inventory counts, community involvement, and compliance—all while supporting your Store Leader and district initiatives.
• Above all, you’ll be the bridge between sales partners and leadership, empowering your team to grow, thrive, and crush their goals while ensuring your store runs like a well-oiled machine.
