Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Washington to work with the Store Manager and lead a high-performing sales team. You will deliver outstanding customer service and model professional behavior in a fast-paced store environment.

You will inspire and coach staff on the sales floor, promote growth opportunities, and analyze performance to improve results while representing the T-Mobile brand in everyday interactions with customers.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in retail or customer service.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to reach goals.
• Able to communicate with leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and move 20lbs.
