Job summary

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

Responsibilities

• Work with Store Manager to create a sales environment with exceptional customer service.
• Inspire and motivate the team by teaching and coaching on the sales floor.
