Hot Spot Cell in Jacksonville is seeking a Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations at our retail wireless store. This hands-on role includes managing store operations, coaching your team, and driving sales performance.

You will hire, train, coach, and retain top retail talent, resolve customer concerns professionally, and drive individual and team sales to meet monthly goals. A strong customer service mindset and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred).
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Strong sales mindset with experience meeting goals.
• Comfortable with performance metrics and accountability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
