My Wireless, is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Houston to lead a store team, coach sales associates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

You will hire, schedule, develop staff, maintain store operations, and build a loyal client base through ethical practices and community events with AT&T Signature. The role offers strong base pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required)
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Supervise daily store operations, staffing, scheduling and coaching.
• Meet location goals by coaching team to KPIs.
• Build a steady client base with ethical practices.
• Establish business accounts with AT&T Signature team at community events.
• Maintain store safety and policy adherence.
• Keep informed of industry knowledge via workshops and networking.
