Team Nextar, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile, invites applications for a Metro By T-Mobile Wireless Store Manager to lead our Jacksonville market store team. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and manage day-to-day operations to meet profitability goals.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role managing team members.

• Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team members.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations within your market as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
