Nextar Telecom in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Spanish bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Metro by T-Mobile. You will educate customers on Metro products and guide them through the sales process, delivering an exceptional shopper experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in a similar role in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations in your market as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Team Nextar, you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business and have a desire to earn LOTS OF MONEY!
