Team Nextar, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile, is seeking a Wireless Store Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will set the tone, coach colleagues, and ensure your location meets Metro by T-Mobile and Nextar standards.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Store Manager for Team Nextar, you will be responsible for directly working with all team members to ensure all are well verse in our selling process, Metro by T-Mobile products and services and ensuring our retail locations attain our both operational standards of excellence and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail and / or customer facing environments, preferably in the wireless industry, and is well skilled in delivering an excellent customer experience that includes an effective sales process, providing product and service knowledge and ability to manage any type of customer concern or need with professionalism and a positive attitude.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
