Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• High energy, organized, and calm under pressure
• Wireless or telecom industry experience
• Experience building or rebuilding a team culture
• Track record of developing team members into leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end
• Sell alongside your team and uphold customer experience standards on every shift
• Support hiring efforts and identify talent that fits BLW culture
• Facilitate onboarding and develop your team through on‑floor coaching
• Review sales data, spot gaps, and act before patterns form
• Balance the store schedule for coverage and efficiency
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism and resolve
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures
• Represent BLW at community events to build loyalty and grow customers
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability to work at additional locations as needed
