Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support coaching and leading a sales team in a fast-paced AT&T retail environment. You will help deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive performance through coaching, training, and collaborative execution of sales initiatives.

The role requires management experience, retail or customer-facing sales background, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top store manager when opportunities arise.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team to exceed individual and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities daily.
