Arch Telecom is seeking motivated Wireless Retail Associates to join our in-store team in Boynton Beach, FL. You will learn to deliver exceptional customer experiences, demonstrate the latest devices and plans, and help customers find personalized solutions.

This learning role leads toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion. You will work with peers to build product knowledge, perform hands-on demos, and guide shoppers through the purchasing journey.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
