Job summary

Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates for our Daytona Beach stores. Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience, guiding customers through purchasing journeys, and demonstrating devices and services in-store.

You will develop product knowledge, perform hands-on demos, and grow toward Mobile Expert after training completion in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation and availability for full or part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with their shopping journey in-store and online.
• Demonstrate devices and services, and explain plans clearly.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions with questions and expertise.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Build relationships and hand off small business leads when appropriate.
