Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology and service needs in a fast-paced store. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey, developing skills in customer interaction, digital tools, and service-plan recommendations.

Within 90 days you will train, earn training pay, and have opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States (18+).
• Preferred: 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
