Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our In Person team in Greenville. You will focus on exceeding monthly sales quotas, delivering high-quality customer solutions, and driving sales of handsets, plans, and accessories according to company benchmarks.

You will model best practices, support new hires, and manage store operations, cash procedures, and asset protection while adhering to policies and training timelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quotas and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
