Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high-quality sales and exceed benchmarks. The role focuses on selling handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories while following company guidance and management benchmarks.

You will model best practices for new hires and peers, support store operations, and ensure compliance with policies. Prior retail experience and customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 days/30 hours per week.
• 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per management benchmarks.
• Practice behaviors to generate and maximize sales and key metrics.
• Act as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the Handbook and Sun Com policy documents.
