Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our in-person team in Florida. You will focus on exceeding monthly sales quotas and delivering high-quality sales that surpass benchmarks, while promoting handsets, rate plans and accessories as directed by management.

You will also adhere to all company policies, complete required training, and help maintain store operations, including accurate time records and inventory checks.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish also desirable.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales exceeding company benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Mentor and assist new hires and peers.
