Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Cricket Wireless products, plans, and services
• Recommend phones and accessories based on customer needs
• Meet and exceed sales and performance goals

• Process activations, upgrades, payments, and other transactions
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
• Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Assist with inventory and merchandising
