Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and manage daily store operations.
• Drive store sales, activations, accessories, upgrades, and targets.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
• Lead by example by actively selling and assisting customers.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and store appearance.
• Train and develop new and existing employees.
