Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve performance goals.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly preferred.
• Previous wireless or retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and manage daily store operations.
• Drive store sales, activations, accessories, upgrades, and other performance targets.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
• Lead by example by actively selling and assisting customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Train and develop new and existing employees.
• Monitor store KPIs and take action to improve performance.
• Manage employee scheduling and attendance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and operating according to company standards.
• Handle customer escalations professionally.
