Job summary

Delphos Wireless in Tiffin, OH is seeking a Cricket Wireless Sales Representative to join our in-store team. You will greet customers, sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans, activate lines, and help customers meet their needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers uncapped commission, paid training, weekend shifts, and opportunities for advancement to Assistant Manager or Store Manager, with benefits after 90 days and 401(k) eligibility after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
• Activate new lines and process upgrades
• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
• Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking
