Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail environment
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products and plans
• Drive sales by meeting or exceeding targets
• Process transactions and activate service plans
