Job summary

DSI Systems in Duluth, MN is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Entry-level candidates welcome; a High School Diploma or GED is required. You’ll need good communication, a customer-first attitude, and flexibility to work weekends. Competitive compensation includes hourly pay plus uncapped commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.

• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
