DSI Systems, Inc. is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates to join our team in DeKalb, Illinois. This role involves engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educating them on AT&T products.

With over 40 years in the business, DSI specializes in helping clients with customized retail sales solutions. You will drive sales by meeting performance goals and providing exceptional service. We offer a competitive hourly wage plus uncapped commission, along with numerous benefits

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours a day.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
• Familiar with technology, including POS systems and mobile devices.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
