Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Deltona, FL, seeks a Retail Sales Representative for full-time sales in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers, explain plans, and drive revenue while delivering exceptional service.

You will be part of a team that builds lasting relationships with customers and supports them through activations, upgrades, and payments. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months retail/sales experience with a customer focus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays in retail.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Ability to solve problems, analyze results and plan ahead.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the store, answer phones and assess needs.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Assist in opening/closing, cash handling, inventory and deposits per standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and clean back room and work areas.
• Assist customers with activations, plan changes, bill payments and add-ons.
• Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics.
