Mobile Generation is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our Atlanta retail team. You will educate customers on Verizon products, guide them through the sales process, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in retail, is goal‑driven, and comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. We offer strong base pay with uncapped commissions, health plan, 401k, paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Able to travel to various Midwest locations as needed.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon Products and Services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete all required training by Mobile Generation and Verizon.
• Set an example of professional conduct for employees.
