Mobile Generation is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our Verizon Wireless retail team in Forsyth, IL. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the sales process, driving strong sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role offers strong base pay with uncapped commissions, flexible scheduling, health plan, 401k, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail and wireless products.
• Ability to travel to Midwest locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an ideal customer experience for each customer daily.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sales to meet/exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store/Asst. Manager with tasks.
• Complete required training by Mobile Generation and Verizon.
• Set a positive example of conduct for staff.
