Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring motivated Retail Sales Associates for Connecticut and other states. You will educate customers on Verizon products, guide buying decisions, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting with an uncapped commission plan and strong base pay.

The role emphasizes delivering an outstanding customer experience, traveling as needed, and continual training to advance within Your Wireless.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail sales role (Verizon Wireless preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven sales and customer service achievement.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless tech, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, detail-focused.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer daily.
• Assist both new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services.
• Produce sales to meet or exceed location standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete required training and stay compliant with company policies.
