Your Wireless - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in the United States. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the buying process, delivering an outstanding customer experience across our locations.

We offer a strong base pay with an uncapped commission structure, flexible schedules, and generous employee perks. Previous retail/wireless experience helps, and travel to multiple locations may be required to meet

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products.
• Ability to travel to locations in assigned district.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.

Responsabilidades

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store/Assistant Manager with tasks and teamwork.
• Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon.
• Set a professional example for other employees.
• Develop skills for career advancement within Your Wireless.
