Your Wireless Inc. is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Norwalk, CT. Join our Premium Retailer network and help customers with wireless products while earning a strong base pay plus uncapped commissions in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail sales, preferably wireless.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service.
• Able to travel to multiple locations as needed by the business.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in assigned tasks.
• Complete all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of professional conduct for staff.
• Develop professional skills for career advancement within Your Wireless.
