Your Wireless is hiring for a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer role in Connecticut and other states. The Retail Sales Associate will educate customers on Verizon products, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes outbound activities to attract customers, a strong commission plan, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.

Responsabilidades

• Create a positive customer experience by educating customers on Verizon products and services.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process and help guide them to a purchase.
• Meet and strive to exceed location production standards and sales goals.
• Support store management and team with training and daily tasks.
