TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is looking for a motivated Retail Sales Representative in Jacksonville, FL. You will be the face of the T-Mobile brand, greeting customers, explaining plans, and helping them choose devices and services.

The role is full-time and requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months in retail or sales. You must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with customers and coworkers across all channels of the business.
• Works with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and work areas according to store standards.
• Explores customer needs and assists with activations, changes, bill payments, upgrades and accessories.
• Meets assigned performance metrics.
