JMM in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead our wireless sales team on Stockton Blvd. This full-time role combines people leadership with hands-on sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store targets.

The position offers an hourly base rate with a generous, twice-monthly commission plan and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced retail environment dedicated to wireless technology.

Formación

• 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred).
• Associate or bachelor’s degree with coursework in business, accounting, marketing or management.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent
• Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, coaching, and regular feedback
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and guide team development
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Drive store sales and achieve or exceed performance goals
• Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
• Acquire and maintain customers
• Empower team members to deliver personalized solutions and close sales
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and set sales goals
• Model and support upselling, cross-selling, and account activation strategies
• Oversee day-to-day operations including merchandising, inventory, and store appearance
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy
• Track and analyze store performance metrics to identify improvements
• Execute visual merchandising standards to maximize sales
