Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train sales staff for the store.
• Motivate the team and provide coaching and feedback.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff.
• Schedule staff to cover peak hours.
• Drive store sales and meet performance goals.
• Maintain customer-first service and loyalty.
• Acquire and retain customers; close sales.
• Lead weekly meetings and set sales targets.
• Model upselling and account activation strategies.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store appearance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
