CE Workforce, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, seeks an experienced Wireless Store Manager in Lebanon, TN to lead a selling team, drive store performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will recruit, train, coach, and retain top talent, manage inventory and daily operations, and stay current on wireless products and promotions. This full-time role offers base salary plus commissions and bonuses, plus full benefits.

• Up to $85,000 annually including base salary, commission & bonuses
• Up to $30,000/year in commission opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Wireless retail experience REQUIRED
• Previous retail sales management or leadership experience
• Proven track record of achieving wireless sales goals

• Strong understanding of wireless products, services, and sales
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage sales, operations, inventory, and store performance
• Competitive, energetic, and results-driven leadership style
• High school diploma or GED required
• T-Mobile experience is a plus, but wireless industry experience is required.
