Job summary

Acosta Group in Greensboro, NC is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales performance, coach sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will engage customers, exceed goals, and convert interactions into sales opportunities with accountability and growth potential.

The role pays $18-22 per hour with unlimited commissions, weekly pay, and training. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, PTO, and mileage reimbursement for travel between stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or a similar sales environment.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to train and coach sales associates.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
