Premium Retail Services is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead in Missouri to drive wireless retail performance and coach store teams. You will engage customers, deliver role-plays and onboarding, and manage shift responsibilities with travel between locations as needed.

The role offers $18–$22 per hour with unlimited commission, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement, plus health benefits and travel reimbursements.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.
• Background check, where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
