Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) in Pulaski, TN. You will drive wireless sales performance, coach store associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This role rewards high energy, accountability, and uncapped earning potential with unlimited commissions and weekly pay. You’ll train and mentor staff, conduct onboarding and role-plays, and manage shift responsibilities while traveling between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
