Job summary

TCC - OH Sandusky - FT - Retail Sales Representative in Sandusky, OH is a full-time position within a T-Mobile Premium Retailer. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, meeting revenue goals, and representing the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Retail Sales Representative you will guide customers through phones and plans, build lasting relationships, and work with store leadership on daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, assess needs and deliver world-class service.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and staff across channels.
• Open/close shifts, cash handling, inventory counts and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and back room cleanliness.
• Assist with activations, bill changes, upgrades and accessories.
• Meet or exceed assigned performance metrics.
