Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative in Lorain, OH. This role focuses on delivering world-class customer service, meeting revenue goals, and building lasting customer relationships.

You will work in a fast-paced store environment, handle activations, plan changes, and upsell accessories while maintaining storefront standards. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with customers and employees across the business.
• Operates the retail facility including cash handling, inventory count and deposits as governed by standards.
• Maintains store appearance and work areas according to retail standards.
• Assists customers with service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacements, and price plan changes.
