Sun Com is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales of handsets, plans, and accessories while exceeding monthly quotas. The role is in-person in the United States with a strong emphasis on policy adherence and accuracy in paperwork.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality service, mentoring new hires, and maintaining store operations. Requirements include 18+ years old, 30 hours+ weekly, and reliable transportation; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Follow policies and procedures outlined in handbook and Sun Com documents.
• Master required systems and review sales paperwork for discrepancies.
• Maintain store appearance and safeguard company assets.
