Arch Telecom is seeking Mobile Associates to join our in-store teams in Woodbury, NJ. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices, and guide them through the purchase process while building brand loyalty.

You will learn product details, our sales approach, and how to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Training leads to promotion opportunities as you develop expertise and performance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan
• Guide your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers
