Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail sales role.
• Proof of work eligibility in the US; must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet and exceed individual and location production standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with team tasks.
• Complete all required training and strive for career advancement within Your Wireless.
