Consumer Cellular in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Specialist to guide guests through device and plan choices and to build lasting relationships. You’ll foster a welcoming store environment that feels like a living room and turn first-time visitors into lifelong customers.

The role offers $18.00–$18.75/hour with uncapped commissions, a modified full-time schedule (30–39 hours/week on average ~35), and a path for leadership development within a growing national retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evening and weekends.
