Job summary

Consumer Cellular in Portage, MI is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Specialist to guide guests through device and plan choices in a warm, living-room–like store environment. You will build relationships, translate technology into simple conversations, and stay current on promotions while meeting individual and team sales goals.

The role offers a full-time schedule typically 30–39 hours per week, with hourly pay of $18–$19 plus uncapped commission, and a path for leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evening and weekends.
• Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
